Jenn Hammonds

I love teaching, practicing and living yoga!! Becoming a yoga instructor was a dream of mine for many years and I am so grateful I get to do this work!  I believe we are ALL teachers and students of each other and we can choose to grow from every experience. I honor my students by a commitment to studying all facets of yoga & meditation. My yoga studies have led me to other forms of body and energy work.  I studied yoga and Reiki at Yandara Institute in Hilo, Hawaii and became Reiki 1 and 2 attuned. I also attended Glow Yoga Teacher Training in Gulf Shores, AL. I received Advanced Reiki and Reiki Master Certification with Julie Brent in Fairhope, AL and I was certified in Thai Massage with Phoebe Diftler in Santa Monica, CA.   Additionally, in 2016 (with a lot of help from my friends), I founded Awakened Life Yoga Festival and I hope to see you at the next one!

Taylor Kingrea

Taylor Kingrea has been an artist since her mom first asked her to practice drawing Archie comics when she was five.

Since then, she's recognized that her first love of art and movement work towards creating Wholeness--in the same way that yoga, energy work, and spiritual study do as well.

Her intention is to combine different modalities in order to empower her students to look at their lives and themselves in a new way, to serve as a reminder that we have everything we need already within us, and that our work to remember ourselves is one that can be playful, full, and kind.
