Maya Cosmic Meditation - Held each morning in on the beach, this brief meditation enhances each day's purpose through understanding Maya Energies.


Yoga - These yoga sessions work within the abilities of all attending. Offered by a selection of experienced yoga teachers.


Tai Chi for Health -Featured this year is Robert Kalaluhi, our Tai Chi Instructor. During the Retreat, learn the fundamentals of Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis. We review the previous class every morning.


Line Dancing - Add a little fun to your day with easy to follow Line Dancing.
